Relax Magic is a massage business located in the Independence Center, close to Auntie Anne Pretzels. It is considered by many to be the best massage place in the area, especially for a deep tissue massage, which can be somewhat painful but is highly effective. Customers with chronic back pain report feeling super relaxed with eased pain after a visit. The massages are described as excellent and very affordable, with a one-hour session costing a reasonable price. While walk-ins are accepted without an appointment, the atmosphere can sometimes lack relaxing music, and conversations may be heard. The employees are nice and friendly, though a language barrier can exist; they are noted for trying to meet customers halfway. The store is clean, and sessions often last slightly longer than the booked time. Overall, it is a place many adore and prefer over nicer spas within a large radius.
I think I found my new favorite massage place. I love and seek out places that give good deep tissue massages and most places don’t hit the mark as I like DEEP tissue. This place got straight to it and understood the assignment! If you’re looking for DEEP tissue, convenience, and want to actually get your full time I recommend this place. I’ll be a repeat customer for sure.
Pretty good massage. I chose an hour session, whole body. Be advised: it is a DEEP TISSUE massage and can be somewhat painful.
The store seemed clean and my masseuse was friendly, given her limited English language skills. I did set a timer and the massage was slightly longer than the hour session I paid for. The 4* rating is because she did massage my muscles at a faster rate than I prefer.
The cost was $70.00 for a one hour massage. My visit was on Nov. 7th, 2025.
Literally don’t come here if you get hurt by simply being touched. They do DEEP tissue massages and are THE BEST! I suffer from chronic back pain and they are the only people I go to that’ll actually leave me super relaxed and help ease the pain. 10/10 idc what anyone else says. They’re nice and friendly. Language barrier is a problem but they will literally try to meet you halfway. Don’t be rude, not everyone’s first language is english
