After a water pipe broke at my office, I emailed several commercial flooring companies in the Kansas City area. Dana contacted me within 24 hours of my first email. She was so friendly and knowledgeable that I didn't even bother trying to get any other quotes. My experience with Lucas Flooring has been amazing. The guys that put down the flooring were so polite while in the building, and would always let us know if an area was going to be blocked off for any amount of time. Dana has been super accommodating with samples and such. I can't say enough to express what an awesome experience it has been to work with this company for new flooring!
