My Pastor Nick Nichols convinced me to have my 3 children join Long’s Shotokan Karate. About 3 weeks ago my children joined Long’s karate, I’ve seen a change on them they have learn respect, discipline, confidence, to be focus and I am very grateful for Sensei Mark Long to what he teaches to my kids. My 3 kids have the white belt already Yeah!

Great place, very family oriented with caring and knowledgeable instructors. It's the one place your kids can kick, scream and throw themselves on the floor and you don't need to apologize for it. Highly recommended.

Long's Shotokan Karate Academy is a huge win for our son! Not only is he learning life long physical skills, but also is taught and shown about respect, responsibility, goal setting, and overall characteristics to help him become God created him to be! Give it a try... you won't be disappointed!
