Wanted to send a shout out to Hanna at the Independence location for doing a great job, providing excellent customer service and restoring my confidence in this location. While she has only served me lately (past two out of three visits) as I have frequented this particular location for a few years she gives me a 100% of her focus while I’m in her chair, listens to what I want, reaffirms and delivers, I can’t say that about every visit. Especially my previous visit before today.(different stylist) Keep up the good work Hanna.
Went this morning for my son we had Melinda who was absolutely amazing and did a wonderful job on his style. My son is extremely picky with his hair and was overly excited with his outcome. We have been going here off and on for several years and will continue too! Highly recommended! Melinda thank you so much!
Charged a child full price for haircut but didn't do any of the extras that come with that price, the stylist didn't even line my kid up and had to send him back to get lined and cleaned up. That price is crazy for children
