If I could rate them a zero I would I came in just for just polished no pedicure. I came in at 5 o’clock and I left at 6:45. The guy that did my toes didn’t know what he was doing. He cut my toenails all the way down and I had to ask for somebody else to do it when I asked somebody else to do it. She didn’t know what she was doing either and they were all just standing around to learn from her. Workers talk badly about the customers while your getting a pedicure in there and assume you don’t speak another language!!! I brought my daughter for her 13th birthday and the lady who did her nails did a SLOPPY half assed job and when we mentioned it SHE PROCEEDED TO YELL AT BOTH MYSELF AND MY DAUGHTER AND SWITCH BACK AN FORTH IN LANGUAGES ….. then threw a fit all around the salon . I went to get French tips. I rarely get my nails done so I was curious how sanitary my experience was. They weren't soaking any of the tools they were using, the files were gross, the counters covered, they didnt open a new bag of utensils kept putting and pulling from the same bag the person before me used. It was a disgusting experience.
