I had an iPhone that had low volume in the earpiece and brought it in for a look-see. Abraham said there could either be water or dirt that worked its way into the earpiece. He explained that he could clean it, and if that didn't do it, he could replace it but that would stop face recognition from working anymore. I got lucky in that it was only dirty and I walked out with only a $50 service and cleaning charge. No problems for me, and it was fixed in an hour. I'll go back again in the future.
I called about an hour before close to see how much it was for the service I needed, the phone was answered quickly and I was given the info I needed, got in the car and headed up. I was the only other person there, was taken care of immediately, had my service done in 10 minutes and was out the door happy with a new-to-me device! Working perfectly and couldnt be happier, was so satisfied I came back a second time to get a couple other necessities and am happy with those as well. Highly recommend!
Called on a Friday about getting my son's iPhone XR screen repaired I came in Saturday morning when they opened at 11:00 he had a new screen already ready and his phone was done in less than 15 minutes! excellent place would recommend.
