I had such a great experience! She was an excellent communicator and really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. She listened, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure we were on the same page before starting. She was incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable the entire appointment — and the final result turned out amazing. I’m so happy with my hair and will absolutely be back!
