Diagnostic Imaging Centers, P.A. - Independence Clinic

I am not sure where they found the employees in this office, but they are incredible. The front desk folks are kind greet you and explain everything. I even watched a front desk lady assist a patient with ordering transportation when she really didn’t have to. That same front desk lady answered the phone and did not know the answer to their question and actually found out the answer and called them back five minutes later.
The x-ray tech was knowledgeable and gave me realistic expectations as to when to expect the results. They have a fantastic crew and it was the easiest and most efficient imaging experience I’ve had.

First the care was wonderful. The clinician took great care of me and made me feel very comfortable during an uncomfortable imaging. Now results were within a few minutes so that was also great. Scheduling was difficult and the employees scheduling on the phone do not seem knowledgeable or willing to help. The office is NOT hippa compliant with their sign in sheet with everyone's names out in the open. Small bibles laid around the office was very strange and uncomfortable. 8am appointment was taken back close to 9am. Four stars for how great the clinician was in making me comfortable.

Went for MRI for my elbow and not the shoulder, the tech told me that it will image my whole arm, that was false the doctor a day later only had results from the shoulder and now that I wasted time doing the MRI I have to do another one also setting me back on recovery trying to get back to work and off light duty.
