Just amazing customer service throughout my visit. To have such friendly and helpful and patient clerks really lowers the stress level of having to be at a medical clinic. The lab tech gave clear instructions, also, in a caring manner.
The sweet gal that did my intake upon entering was just the best! She was so incredibly friendly not just to me but with everyone that came after me! She is a gem and I’m sorry I don’t remember her name but omg she was amazing and deserves the credit for what she does and how lovely she is and how genuine and kind she is with everyone! She is an asset to you all! The other lady that handled my drug screening was just as kind and helpful thank you for a great experience
Concerta is a very busy place, so there is a little weight. It wasn’t too long though, and the ladies are very pleasant and patient and easy to go go through the medical experience with.
