the nursing staff were so lovely. the wait for the emergency room was less than 15 minutes. the check in lady was kinda mean and old but everyone else was so kind and sweet and made me feel very comfortable. the building was clean and they gave me a workers note and took care of me very quickly and well. I was in and out in under and hour with the lab results and prescriptions I needed. 10/10 experience, I will come here next time I need an emergency room or urgent care visit.

I understand that some reviews may be poor, but I recently had outpatient surgery and everything from start to finish was fantastic. The staff at the front desk were very polite and knowledgeable, and had all my paperwork ready to be filled out. I was taken back to the surgery center and everybody was so kind and briefed me on everything that was taking place. My physician introduced herself to me and discussed what was going to take place the staff that wheeled me back to my surgery room or fantastic, and all of the nurses and anesthetist for my particular surgery or great. Based on the care that I had at this particular surgical care was a five out of five.

I have had many mammograms at Centerpoint. Each time my appointment has been on time and the nurses are always very kind and compassionate. I had a biopsy done at Centerpoint and the radiologist and nurses were again very compassionate and caring.
