My dad is receiving treatment here for his legs, and I do want to acknowledge that his wounds are improving — so the medical care itself seems effective.
However, the experience with the nursing staff has been very disappointing. Many of the nurses come across as rude, rushed, and lacking compassion. There is little effort to make patients feel comfortable or cared for, which is especially important in a setting where people are already dealing with pain and ongoing health issues.
The front desk staff have been kind and welcoming, but once you get past check-in, the tone changes significantly.

I can not express enough how wonderful this wound center is. I personally had Dr Bransteitter and her assistants. I love all of them. I was treated here for 9 months. Everyone was so professional but so nice and friendly. They are truly there to help you and find a solution to your healing process. I would recommend them to anyone who needed any kind of wound care! I would give them 10 stars ✨ of it let me! Thank you Dr Bransteitter and the whole team including the receptionist, she was great!
