We had some complicated issues with our generator, not starting, especially in cold weather. But the technician was outstanding identified the problems and everything is functioning as it should. Thank you very much.

Wonderful service. I had six different issues to deal with. Leyla took my call and calmly dealt with who to send to work at my house. Bruce came and was really fantastic to work with in trouble shooting the problems and calmly going about fixing them, explaining along the way what and why he was doing what he did. Resolved lower level lights not working due to a malfunctioning breaker in our circuit breaker box. Installed a timer switch in a tight spot to replace an on/off switch for a bathroom exhaust fan, installed two ceiling fans with lights in two different rooms to replace ceiling lights, and then crawled through our attic crawl space to access our whole house attic... read full review

Drilled through a wire last night! Called them 24/hr line and the gentlemen picked up right away. He was super helpful, even at 1030pm. Explained everything to me, even called the schedule person to see if someone could come the next day to save me from an on-call price. They are here today and getting it done! Can’t say enough great things.
