Nurse Megan at the front desk took excellent care of my son this afternoon… as this was my 1st trip with my 2 1/2 year old to Urgent Care. Megan explained how the process worked as well as gave me several check-in options so my son didn’t have to wait there for an unexpected amount of time. Megan checked us in once our appointment time had arrived… as well as took vitals and got a summary of the situation before Dr. Tim came in and was as gentle as could be.
very appreciative over here and highly stand by this location caring about their patients.

We had an appointment and was taken in immediately. Met with the NP, got an xray, received a breathing treatment, and was out the door in an hour. Everyone was pleasant, patient, and kind. Fabulous!!

My daughter was diagnosed with rsv, we had the pleasure of having dr tim take care of her. His bedside manner with my baby was amazing and listened to us. He is a blessing to have. Also with the nurses and front desk women, wonderful. Thank you so much 💗
