Daughter needed urgent care for vomiting not ER level care. They told us best they can do is a UA and see if she is dehydrated, but they don’t do Iv fluids there? What is this place for? It’s clearly not an Urgent care like TAUC. So to total access to get actual urgent level care. VERY DISHEARTENING VERY DISAPPOINTED. Waste of time. Never again

They love telling people its allergies...then my son comes down with rsv. I feel health care is neglected here and so is patients rights. I wouldn't go here if I was on my death bed

I was very disappointed that I did not have easy access to my rights and the fact that I would be deprived of them by signing your standard box without a full understanding. I requested and finally received a copy of your verbiage. I retract And expect that my information would be protected privileged and not shared or used anymore

I could have diagnosed my daughter with one look at her tonsils; but the doctor they had working hear clearly only uses his head to hold his ears apart. Tonsils so big she couldn't swallow, was told to take a Tylenol...well she went to SSM and they let her know she has strep AS ORIGINALLY SUSPECTED based on her swollen glands! Wow look at that!

Nurse Megan at the front desk took excellent care of my son this afternoon… as this was my 1st trip with my 2 1/2 year old to Urgent Care. Megan explained how the process worked as well as gave me several check-in options so my son didn’t have to wait there for an unexpected amount of time. Megan checked us in once our appointment time had arrived… as well as took vitals and got a summary of the situation before Dr. Tim came in and was as gentle as could be.
very appreciative over here and highly stand by this location caring about their patients.
