I would highly recommend this company any time! We called on a Saturday afternoon and Steve was at our house within an hour. He had our pipe fixed under our crawl space that day and was courteous and affordable. He was more than willing to talk with our insurance and take photos. Great company. I received a call from my wife that she hears water gushing in the cellar. I get home and find that a water pipe busted. I called Drainflow and Steven answered and said he is working at another property and wilk be at our house in about 30 minutes. He came to our house and was very professional and courteous and replaced our broken pipe immediately. I asked him to look at our water line to the fridge and he fixed that too. He has my business for now on. He is professional, courteous and fair on his prices. I recommend highly recommend him.Services: Plumbing pipe repair

In the midst of an apocalyptic snowstorm, I found myself without hot water! After a couple of great friends did what they could to try and fix my water heater, I finally decided I was gonna have to call a service man. I just knew if I was able to get a hold of anyone, I was going to have to pay out the wazoo. I was very pleasantly surprised! Not only did Steve show up in a timely fashion despite there being a foot of snow on the ground, he didn't charge me an arm and a leg to tell me I needed a new water heater!
