Was referred to The Home Improvement Company by Nationwide Insurance after last year's tornado came thru Jeff Co. Our whole neighborhood got hit. So there where many different contractors trying to sign everyone. Insurance claims are not my favorite thing to deal with, as with many people they aren't my expertise. And they can be confusing. Jimmy Dean is the owner of The Home Improvement Company. He's not really a salesperson type of guy. But dont let that fool you . Jimmy has years of experience on the job. Actual hands on experience. We had The Home Improvement Company in Hillsboro redo our roof, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the team was professional, courteous, and efficient. They walked us through the process, answered all of our questions, and completed the work on time. The quality of their craftsmanship really shows, and our new roof looks fantastic. It’s such a relief knowing the job was done right. We highly recommend The Home Improvement Company to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work!

EXCELLENT! I could not have been happier. I've dealt with contractors before, and the experience can be a nightmare... NOT with The Home Improvement Service Company. Every step went smoothly, and was completed almost instantly. My experience was completely stress free. They are so easy to work with and extremely friendly people. I will definitely work with them again, whether it's insurance related or not. AWESOME COMPANY.
