About Samaritans Roofing
Samaritans Roofing is a family-owned business providing expert roofing and exterior solutions for homes and businesses since 2015. With years of insurance industry experience, the business ensures a seamless process from start to finish. Located in Wildwood and Hillsboro, Samaritans Roofing is committed to protecting and enhancing properties with high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional service.
Customers describe the team as excellent communicators who are prompt, courteous, and polite. Work is completed quickly, with one roof installed in about half a day, and scheduling is fast—materials delivered the very next day and the whole roof done the day after. Bids are fair, with no upsell and no fee for inspection. One customer did not need a new roof and received a thorough report instead. Workers show up when promised and keep after it until everything is done. The new roofs look beautiful and great, and cleanup jobs are done well. When a crew unknowingly removed a detached garage roof, the owner took care of it at no charge—an act that impressed a customer on a very tight budget, who then asked Samaritans Roofing to do a daughter's house as well, with fantastic results. Customers highly recommend Samaritans Roofing to friends and family and would call them first for future roofing needs.
Reviews
My neighbors used them last year to install their new roof and they recommended. I give them a call. As a Realtor and property manager, I deal with roof replacements regularly. When I say I could not be happier that this company was referred to me, I can't convey how true that statement is. The hardest working crew I have ever seen arrived to my house early morning, worked through the day like a week old machine, were professional and courteous and like magic, they were cleaned up and gone. The persons in charge of communication via phone, text, and email were responsive, helpful and professional. My office has overseen a dozen or more roof replacements in a little over a year, and as good is some of those companies have been to work with this company takes the top spot when. They respond quickly, are fair on pricing, offer quality work and products, show up on time and surpass expectations. I'll definitely be keeping these guys on my list as my go to for referrals.
Have had a great experience with Samaritans Roofing! Prompt, professional, and informative
