Alan took such good care of us. Our furnace went out right before a winter storm. A wire had burned and melted a component! So thankful Alan was able to work us into his schedule right away.
I called Allen about a heating issue just before a big snowstorm. Even though he was very busy, he took the time to help me troubleshoot the problem over the phone before deciding if a service call was necessary. I really appreciated his expertise and willingness to help, even under pressure! Will be calling Ricotta heating and cooling for my next service.
Ricotta installed our Heating and Air unit about 6 or 7 years ago. I called in recently because the heater was not kicking on. Over the phone Allen assisted on walking me through cleaning a sensor. He even called back after I got it working to make sure everything was working right. You can't ask for better service than that.
