The staff is wonderful, its like a big family. The dogs get clean. Vanessa, the owner, is a top tier groomer. There are very few places in Jefferson County that groom cats, messy nessys does. Some dogs are super excited to go there. I won't go anywhere else.

Our elderly kitty needed a lot of help, and the ppl here were so understanding and compassionate and listening, and did exactly what he needed. Will be keeping them in mind the next time we need a groomer.

They clipped my dogs nails and did an excellent job, staff was wonderful even with my very vocal husky, thank you very much, I will use them again and recommend them to everyone with a fur baby
