Cort is a very professional and intelligent person. We had been on a house hunt for almost a year because we had been looking at a particular area and he was very patient with us during this whole process. I am and will always be grateful to him and his staff’s assistance throughout the home buying process.Our relationship with Cort means so much that it was just an easy text to him and he always finds time to view property! Also, he is a kindhearted, funny and caring person. I would strongly recommend Cort as a real estate agent if you are a 1st-time home buyer or for any other reason. Highly recommend. He has sold my parents a house, my brother, my aunt and uncle and now myself and my husband a house. Guess you can say he's the family realtor. I would not go with anyone else. Very knowledgeable and works hard.
