We also love the 3 glass block windows in the basement and 2 new doors. They put in 3 lovely doors 2 years ago that continue to exceed our expectations. That’s why we didn’t even bother to get quotes from any other company. I’ve done multiple rehabs and this company is by far the best!!!“

“Richards gave excellent troubleshooting to a quirky problem. I got five estimates when I had a roof problem, and was replacing my flat roof, and only Richard’s took time to troubleshoot the issue. Start to finish communication was great, prices were very fair & comparable even though they offered so much more, They were accurate on time, and each person who showed up was excellent at their job. There didn’t seem to be a hierarchy, rather as a customer you were happy each person had the job they had. When there was a snafu in the middle (due to the quirky problem) They let me know immediately, and with some troubleshooting again the problem is resolved completely. They are the best of old-fashioned service. 10 stars !“
