About High Ridge Family Medical Center
High Ridge Family Medical Center is a healthcare facility that has received mixed reviews from its patients. The staff who answer the phones are generally described as nice and very helpful, with the exception of one nurse named Angie who is reported to be rude and dismissive when patients call. The medical providers, including Dr. Ashley McGrath, are praised for being attentive, never rushing patients, and addressing all issues. However, the overall organization and efficiency of the clinic have been criticized, with patients reporting frequent appointment changes without notification, difficulty refilling medications, and providers not checking voicemails in a timely manner. Despite these organizational challenges, the center is appreciated by the community for the services it provides, and patients have expressed gratitude for the compassionate and ready-to-help attitude of the healthcare team.
Amanda is the best doc I ever been too. Jenna is amazing nurse. Kristen is amazing too. The only thing bad I can say is that Angie a nurse is rude anytime I call she answers the phone like she hates her job. I also have been calling for two days now to get my inhaler filled and there seems to be no sense of care. I spoke to Angie of course yesterday she rushes me off the phone with no care in the world. I honestly hate when she answers the phone. She is like that everytime I call.
High ridge Medical center the staff who answer the phones are always nice and Very helpful. Dr. Ashley McGrath. I've been seeing her for 3 years now .. She is attentive , never hurries , and addresses all issues .. Give this place and A+
While appreciative of the services that Comtrea offers the community; I have to say that this location is extremely disorganized to the point that it affects patient care. Appointment times are frequently changed without contact being made. Medications are difficult to refill because of those appointments being cancelled and changed. Voicemail for providers are often not checked for a week or more. (this has happened twice in a 6 week period.)The front desk talk amongst each other while you are at the desk. Granted, these are difficult times with people and staff frequently sick... But knowing that you would think efficiency would be a priority.
