The staff is SO personable and welcoming; the office is state of the art; they offer a “Comfort Menu” that includes (but not limited to: noise canceling headphones, a pillow and blanket, phone charger, calming sounds, chapstick, sunglasses, and you can connect to Bluetooth and watch Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, Paramount + listen to music etc)I could keep going and don’t usually take the time to leave reviews like I should, but Ballwin Dental is worth a 6 star review.Lastly- I can’t believe it and nor will you BUT, I actually FELL ASLEEP getting fillings done!! Dr. Hawkins & Dr. Lefler are very comforting, understanding & listen to what is going on. They explain to you as the patient what is going on & what is needed. The front desk staff is super easy to work with. They make sure your insurance is set, your next appointment is scheduled & always help you with any treatment plans & insurance questions. This office offers most things from same day crowns to Invisalign, root canals & even wisdom teeth removal. I love that they don't refer out much & keep everything in house as best as possible. I told the employees at DentaLink about my experience and they took extra great care making sure I was comfortable and asked for consent before doing literally anything to me which seriously meant more than words! Everyone was incredibly kind and it just genuinely seemed like a healthy place to be! I’m so thankful for my experience here, especially for the dental hygienist I had.
