The dental technician was knowledgeable, professional, and asked about the desired experience. Patients received a welcome bag and gift bags to go, with applesauce and soup after procedures. Billing options were explained clearly. This dental group is a wonderful experience and offers great dental service.
I haven’t been to the dentist in 6 years because they freak me out but this was the most welcoming place ever. They really focus on knowing your individuality needs and are so gentle. My insurance fully covered the visit outside of the fluoride treatment which was only 30$. 10/10 definitely coming back. They also gave me a bag as a welcoming first time gift which was so thoughtful and sweet. I felt very taken care of and comfortable!
Like most, I’m no fan of the dentist. That said, I have had a great experience every single time I’ve gone to BDC. Dr. Nolan and the girls have made all the difference.

Ballwin Dental Care is like stepping into a spa! The staff are welcoming, friendly and professional. I thought my dental technician was the dentist! She was knowledgeable, professional, and asked me questions ask what kind of experience I want. I got a welcome bag and a gift bag to go! I am so happy with my new dental group.
