Amazing!!! Everybody is professional kind and understanding ! They followed up with me and treated me like family with all of my normal household bugs and even took care the worst of the worst bed bugs! Yikes those things suck! The employees are professional, punctual, and they go above and beyond to make sure our community is pest free. Allen, the owner, is fantastic. He works closely with his clients to develop customized treatment options that work very well. Corey, the technician who sprays our complex on a weekly basis, is awesome! He is always on time (or early), friendly, and proactive. Teri treats my personal home and he is amazing as well. He works with me despite my hectic schedule and is always willing to listen to my many many (slightly paranoid) questions about bugs. Kathy, who does all the scheduling and billing is wonderful too. No matter if you're looking for a one time treatment at a single family home or a long term contract for a commercial or multifamily property, I highly recommend Unitech. They do it all! Update on 7/2/25 - Unitech came to my rescue again! I called and Kathy got me on the schedule within 24 hours. Terry came out and did a thorough inspection. He applied a preventive treatment and put me at ease. I can't thank the Unitech team enough for their help.
