Sears Appliance Repair

Timothy was pleasant and thorough with his diagnosis of the problem with my furnace, however I still have no heat due to what Timothy wrote in his report. The fact that I am a new homeowner with this property, him telling them that the furnace was dirty and maintenance on the furnace is part of the issue.
I told him that I had nothing to do with the maintenance of the furnace due do the fact that I just purchased the house was not put in the report. Now it seems that my home warranty plan that I purchased at closing is not going to pay for the repairs based on Timothy's findings. So at this point I am still without heat in my home. Mr. Ozzie was very professional, polite, and respectful of my home. If I ever have to have any repairs to my refrigerator or stove I will request him if that's at all possible.

My experience was far from good concerning my washer being repaired, because nothing has worked after 6 appointments over 2 months. But my main technician Mr Clay, was absolutely amazing and very thorough, yet this machine continue to malfunction. So my rating with the technician from Sears, is definitely 5 stars, but the machine itself seems to have worn out. It is Completely exhausting.
