I am legally blind in both eyes once gas perm contacts are removed, also nerve damage, and retinal detachment. During the eye exam the tech kept telling me, I could see the smaller print when I could not. She said this is you at 20/20, when I couldn't make out a single letter. Then asked me with my contacts out and no glasses to go to another exam room and wait for the dr. I asked her to lead me, since at this point all I can see is a blur of color. She said it's over there and left the room. I had to feel around the room for my purse, then put my face right up on the doors until I found the right one. The billing lady is ripping off customers. She told my wife $1400 per eye for surevision, and between $980 - $1050. Per eye for the surgery center. Surgery center called , stated that surevision used wrong insurance" medicare" . My wife does not have Medicare. No the new price , all together is $1000 more. But surevission charged at the eye exam the right insurance, or that would have been denied. Now my wife already paid $1400 to sure vision. Sure vision need to get closed for fraud !!! Referred by my local doctor, I was hesitant about driving 4 hours round trip to see a doctor. I'm glad I did. The whole office is helpful and friendly.
