I'll be honest, things weren't perfect with the job initially. But here's the thing: Floors Done Right stands by their work and made sure that they didn't leave until the job was done right. And oh, what a job. The floors were in terrible shape thanks to years of abuse from pets, and 60 years of wear and tear. But Floors Done Right turned four rooms with wood floors, and one with a parquet floor into gleaming showcases. It was a stunning transformation at what I think was a very fair price. I would hire Floors Done Right again in a second.

After a sort of rocky start when one of the workers allowed a neighbor in my home without my permission. However, Randy, the owner did correct the situation and the work that was done was beautiful. Randy also, made sure I was a satisfied customer and reassured that his worker made a bad choice and it wouldn’t happen again. I would hire Floors Done Right again.
