I replaced the floors in my living room, kitchen, hallway and bathroom with vinyl planks. It was installed by their installers 3 years ago. The installers did a terrible job. Scott had them come back to fix it. A year later (2 months after the warranty was up) planks started coming up. Scott sent another guy to fix it. This year the same planks came back up again. Scott sent another team to replace it. He made it right and stuck with me until I was satisfied with the product. Not many places do that any more. I highly recommend Best Buy Flooring.

I needed affordable carpet for my condo before I moved. Susie helped me sort through the best options and went over every aspect of the process.Even with the oversight of one of the installers removing the base trim downstairs- The situation was immediately taken seriously! Susie not only addressed my concern with professional accountability, she found a better replacement to repair where the previous trim had been.I could be happier!

Just had a very good experience with Best Buy Flooring in Hazelwood. Jim was very helpful in finding the perfect carpeting for a very reasonable price, and then getting installation scheduled as quickly as possible. Rodney did our installation, filling in at the last minute for another installer who couldn't make it. Rodney was great--very friendly and helpful, and finished the whole installation in just a few hours. Best of all, he solved a problem we had with an awkward corner vent, and it looks great! Overall, this was a very positive experience, and we will definitely use Best Buy again.
