If I could give Academy Air 10 stars, I absolutely would. From start to finish, this experience has been nothing short of amazing. Mike originally came out to service our furnace and was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and thorough, exactly the kind of technician you hope to have in your home. Shortly after, I received an email about Academy Air’s “Adopt a Family” program. I reached out, never expecting what would come next. I would recommend Academy air to anyone. They were so nice so efficient. Mark and Preston came this morning before 8 o’clock and installed a new heating system in a crawlspace and they did an excellent job and were done by 3 o’clock. These guys were awesome. I would recommend this company to anybody because they have been so nice and everyone has been so pleasant to me thank you,thank you, thank you.? ???? Great job!
We were in desperate need of getting our air conditioning unit evaluated. We called Academy Air and they were out the next day. We were sent a text to give us a heads up on the ETA. Jordan Richardson arrived on time and was very professional and polite from the moment he stepped in our door. Jordan gave us an excellent explanation of what was happening with our unit and a super helpful analogy. And when he was finished he explained everything very thoroughly. I could not be more pleased with his service and Academy as a whole. Double 5 stars for me!
