Joe and Lauren are very nice people and easy to get along with. Joe does a good job clearing land. If you have a lot of hardwood it’s a slow process. As far as finding property lines on super over grown hilly terrain they don’t do very good. They were about 15’ off from the property line on one side. No big deal I’ll do it my self. They don’t seem to communicate with each other very well. I told Lauren to tell Joe not to run over a gravel strip in my yard as it’s a sewer line and not very deep and he went over it and turned on it etc and a couple days later after they left had drainage issues. Went to find out why. He busted my sewer line from going over it and turning around on it etc. easy fix but I shouldn’t have had to do it to begin with. The first time they were here they clocked 7.5 hours machine time second day made up for the 30 mins short the first day. The 3rd day he finished mulching everything and was a short day. Over all I’m happy with the mulch job. Just sucks I still have more property lines to clear out and sucks they busted my sewer line. But I’ll live.
