Really happy with the work he did on my machine, which was a Kenmore from the early 1980s and my mother singer machine, which was probably from the 50s. They both work really well now.
I have to say, we walked in knowing our problem and he reacted by immediately jumping into it. We got a sock sucked up in our vacuum and woop! Out it came!
