They have the patience to explain what is happening, giving customers peace of mind. The company responds quickly, with one customer getting a technician on site within the hour. Another customer had a water break off a main line overnight, and the team came to the rescue, gave a fair price, and had it fixed in 30 minutes. Customers also appreciate the owner coming to the home to show empathy and make sure everything is okay. The service includes fixing drain problems and addressing backed up drains. Customers are very pleased and will definitely use R&R Plumbing again for future projects, recommending them to anyone looking for a plumbing company. One customer was also able to get on a maintenance plan to address other concerns.
Eric was great. Our sink in the kitchen gets a massive clog in the line every year. He was at our house within 2 hours of calling, and I love the text line. I knew when and exactly who was coming.

Not a day after posting my review, R&R Plumbing replied asking if they could remedy the slight dirt mound left in our yard following their work on our sewer line, and just less than a week later, they had someone out to smooth it over to a more acceptable level for us. If you're looking for great customer service, I don't think you'll find much if any better than that! Needless to say, we recommend R&R Plumbing even more than we did before. Thank you!
