Wow! The experience that led SERVPRO to my home was very traumatic. However, Jeri and Mason helped me overcome the trauma. They were kind, knowledgeable and efficient. The service they provided gets an A+. I’m very grateful!
Nick with Serve pro was very professional and understanding in this issue I had. Him and his partner ( sorry can’t remember his name). Both were very sympathetic and gracious to help me out and to listen to what I needed done.I had never been in this predicament before and did not know who to call for this clean up. We were devastated when we came home on New Year’s Day from a family dinner to find a flood in our finished basement. We found a water supply line had burst under our kitchen sink. My first call was to my insurance company and my second was to Servpro. They were at the house within an hour. They did what they could that night to limit the damage and said they would be back in the morning. They came back the next morning with a crew of 8-10 people and got to work.
