Dennis pulled up and immediately said he couldn't clean our carpet. All he wanted to do is talk about his equipment. My husband suggested several
Ways he could pull up and bring in the hose but Dennis wasn't interested in doing the job. We had moved our furniture and vacuumed to get ready for him. He was rude to me when I showed him the rooms for him to clean, (a remark that suggested that I was telling him what to do). He should have told us that he wasn't able to clean before I gave him the tour. Get different equipment so you can do your job!

Dennis does a fantastic job!!When the original owner Thadd Kerns had it,he did a fantastic job,but I was so happy when Dennis come over recently and did my mom‘s house.He couldn’t of done a better job, and is a really nice person. You will not be disappointed with this carpet cleaning service.

Dennis came to clean our home in Palmyra. I am embarrassed to say how dirty our carpets were. He did an AMAZING job. These carpets are CLEAN and look close to new. The price was VERY reasonable for the amount of work he did. I will use no one else EVER. And I cannot recommend this company highly enough
