We always get Rob and he is fantastic. Does a very thorough job every time, very friendly, and since contracting with reliable we have never had any issues with bugs or customer service. 10/10 would recommend.
We are on a contract with Reliable/Pointe Pest Control whereas they come out quarterly. They were scheduled for this month(next week, in fact) I called this morning to request a check as we had caught 2 mice in 2 days. Hunter came out(45 minutes away) within 2 hours. He baited all of the boxes outside, left small bait boxes inside, and left us with sticky traps. He did a thorough seach around possible openings.
It is important to note that we have had construction equipment here during the past week having a pond redug. This may have caused the unreset outside with mice.
