Trevor Hertlein sprays at my parent’s house and before he left today he lead our family dog to his dog bed, AND covered him up with the blanket! 🥹 Our dog is terrified of storms and I just know it meant the world to Buddy to feel secured like that. We obviously like their service but this goes beyond, and it was so sweet to see a stranger love our dog like we do. ♥️ Definitely recommend their business, and kudos to Trevor for being a wonderful human.
side note - we have a cameras everywhere, and one is in our living room to watch our dog.

Amazing up front customer service. The employer doing the work has kept in contact with me about dates and times, and the office personnel have been kept in the loop by both us to ensure everything is done and charged correctly. Excellent teamwork at this company, time will tell if their rodent tactics are up to par!

Big River Pest is fantastic, they are always there so quickly after we call. No matter how many times I call for the littlest (or biggest spider i've ever seen) They are there ready to get rid of the issue-We will always continue to use them, and recommend them over and over!
