Very professional and efficient! Their man Zach was outstanding. He saved us last winter on a terrible day without heat in the house and repaired our furnace quickly. Just last week he responded to our A/C breakdown first thing in the morning after it had quit during the night. He takes the time to explain what he is doing as he goes along. Wonderful personality and excellent service!

My husband and I returned from vacation to a house with no air conditioning. Our neighbors left a voicemail stating they saw sparks coming from out Central air unit a few days before. I called Big River Heating and Air. The service men were at my house within 15 minutes. They opened the unit to find the blade had cut some wires inside. They quickly spliced to wires back together and zip tied them up so they wouldn't be in the way of the blades. They were done in 10 minutes and only charged me for the service call. The guys were very friendly and professional. They will be the only ones I call from now on and will recommend them to family and friends!
