This is the second time we have used this company for our air conditioning system. Both times more during the hottest day of the summer. They came out the next day and had the problem fixed in under an hour. They were extremely friendly and honestly could not ask for a better nicer experience. They are affordable and kind and show up when they say they’re gonna show up.
I trust Tom & American Heating and Cooling. In today’s sales economy the value of a professional opinion is huge. Is your HVAC provider able (and willing) to give a fair report, even when it’s not the high ticket sale for them? For 15 years Tom has been who we call and trust.
I was personally impressed with Tom’s professionalism. He addressed all our questions and provided a system to meet our needs. Installation was done on the date we scheduled. Installation was quick and clean when they left. Installation was completed professionally. (Note I am not easy to please) Tom explained the system and addressed everything before they left. Honest and fair to deal with. The price he quoted is what we paid. No add on or extras. We did purchase a furnace and air conditioning units. Very happy , so much so we purchased a second additional complete system from them.
