Just replaced our HVAC with United.
Very professional, on time, respected their surroundings covering our carpet and protecting our walls. Chris and Jake took the time to review the paperwork for our tax and energy rebates and Mark did a great job of recommending which unit we should invest in. Can't believe our house is cool set at 74-75. With my old unit it was set anywhere between 70-73! Also very quiet. Will definitely use them when we need to replace our hot water heater.

Matt (technician), Mark (comfort specialist), Matt (installer), and Thomas (installer) all did exceptional work in the replacement of our primary air conditioner and indoor unit (coil). They understood that late-June in the Midwest is no time to be without air conditioning. The installation happened soon after my approval and was done with professionalism. United has been our go-to for years.

Kory and Tanner did an outstanding job installing our new AC unit. They were both professional, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently from start to finish. Everything was installed quickly, and they took the time to make sure the job was done right.
What really stood out was their attention to detail. While working, they noticed a carpenter bee infestation near the installation area and made sure to let me know so I could take care of it before it became a bigger problem. They easily could have ignored it, but they went the extra mile to look out for us.
