The staff at Premier Eyecare are amazing. They are always happy and Dr Dawson doesn’t forget a things. They’re all amazing. Plus I get my reminder in the mail for next years appointment! Top notch Family feel business in my opinion.
Dr Dawson and her staff are wonderful! They are very knowledgeable and kind. I have been a patient of Dr Dawson for approximately 8 yrs and the office has worked every time to insure that my appointments are on time and run smoothly. Debbie in the frames and lenses Dept is skilled in helping you find the perfect frames. The office staff deals with your insurance so that you are able to utilize your benefits to the fullest. I highly recommend.
I visited the office a week ago to shop for new glasses. The front desk mentioned I could start looking at options, but I was promptly helped by Michelle who was absolutely amazing! Michelle was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, understanding and funny. I did not have my wallet with me to process the transaction, but Michelle informed me that I could call at a later time that day and provide information to her, or Debbie verbally.
I called the office later in the afternoon and spoke with Debbie, who was just as friendly and helpful.
The experience made me feel valued and appreciated as a client and I wanted to pass along my gratitude to the entire office
