A long overdue review here! In early spring 2023 I hired PolyMagic to lift one side of my driveway as well as most of my garage. I can't speak highly enough of the entire process. Jerry was amazing. His communication was superb. He explained in detail what would happen when he did the work so there were no surprises. He allowed me to watch while he worked and explained in great detail what he was doing every step of the way. He was clean and efficient and very respectful of my property. I can't recommend PolyMagic enough.
PolyMagic came to us highly recommended - following our experience I'd like to echo that sentiment. Kenneth our sales rep arrived on time, very informative, HONEST and applied zero pressure to get the sale - a good person!Our install team Jerry and Brian -- Awesome team. In our home we have some unique flooring and they did everything they could to keep that floor from being damage during the lift and it all came out great. They answered even more questions, helped prep the work area beyond what my family and I attempted to do. Tom came out to make estimate on lifting sidewalk and driveway.He explained everything in detail to me.Jerry came out and did the work. He was very careful not to damage the concrete. He explained everything to me as he went. Worked out perfect.
