Mac Wilson Plumbing is an amazing company, 5 stars from start to finish. They did a great job fixing break room plumbing, were prompt, professional, and efficient, and the issue was resolved quickly. They were on time, able to give a reasonable quote fairly quickly, and replaced a leaky faucet in about 30 minutes. The team replaced a sump pump in a pinch right before a big thunderstorm. They are also handling plumbing for a kitchen renovation. Donna was very helpful with scheduling and getting paperwork. Jake was very professional and completed plumbing issues with ease. They are all very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Mac Wilson Plumbing provides high-quality work at a fair price for residential and commercial services in Kansas City and surrounding areas.
We interviewed approximately 10 contractors to move and add drains to our unfinished basement, prior to finding Mac Wilson. I found the admin team to be friendly with quick communication. We had the team in our home for 2 days. The on-site team was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We had a minor issue after day one and the entire team was quick to get the problem resolved, without any delays to the project. We would use them team again!
