I would put a negative number if I could.PLEASE BEWARE! THIS IS NO JOKE!DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!Also when you read his responses to other negative reviews, he never takes accountability! He literally blames everything on the homeowners!My landlord had Nick's company come out to do a mold test. I have been extremely ill and going downhill over the last two and a half years due to water damage mold. It got to the point that I had to take my 5 lb dog to go live somewhere else because I did not think he was going to make it. This company is a big scam. Fake inspection and documents that Nick makes up himself with fake readings. I wonder how many people have over paid this man, only to get incorrect information? How many people really have high levels of mold in their home where he is giving made up readings when this is a serious issue? Nick actually called the second company that did the test and cussed them out... Nick is being reported, he needs to get his license taken away. Nick should do a bit of time behind bars for scamming people. Do not invite this man into your home. This man is going to have many court cases against him very soon. Not really happy with the service, results, communication or explanation of what turned out to be erroneous results, once tested by a second, independent company. Nicks inspection service testing provided a false negative for mold in our home. The second company tested the same areas for a much cheaper price. And detected a high level of harmful species of mold spores in our homel. Furthurmore, we've tried to contact and communicate with them. But, once we paid, we were no longer treated as a valued customer. Beware of trusting your families health in the hands of this company.
