Larry was outstanding to work with! He was happy to have my wife and I participate in the inspection - which was a "must have" for me. Larry was very patient and spent quite a while in and around the house. The discussions with him and our realtor were valuable ones in determining what issues needed to be addressed by the sellers and what we could take care of / monitor after we're in the house. He answered all our questions - which were a lot! He brought in other professionals to do the sewer and termite inspection - was happy with both of them as well. Thank you Larry, we'll recommend you to everyone we know that buys a home!

Great company to work with. Communicated well and inspection report was emailed to us in a timely manner. Super convenient paying options like venmo. Overall it was good, we would use them again.

Larry is awesome! Very responsive and professional at his job! Followed up with text, email , and phone call immediately after house inspection to report his findings. I am glad I called Larry and would highly recommend him to others.
