They are rude, archaic and extremely poor listeners. I spent well over 3k in one year and they've treated me like trash. To say this experience has been unpleasant is an understatement. DO NOT take your fur babes there unless you want to get ripped off and treated like a number.

Strong arm tactics and guilt trips. Your pet is absolutely going to die and it will be your fault for being a bad pet parent if you don't allow them to perform the several hundred dollars worth of unnecessary tests. My friend was an absolute wreck bc she was on a tight budget and thought she was sentencing her darling cat to death when we walked out. They are overpriced to begin with for even a basic exam, and I did not appreciate the high pressure sales tactics they used, trying to take advantage of my friend's worried emotional state. We brought our dog to Crain to stay while we were on vacation, for 6 nights. When we came to pick him up and brought him home, he had a horrible cough. He had gotten kennel cough during his time there, and the nurses/doctor knew he had it when they sent him home with us and said nothing to us! When we called back to inquire they recommended we bring him back and pay for a vet visit and medication, after they allowed him to get sick and knowingly sent him home with us sick and said nothing! Do not take your dog here if you care about them staying clean and healthy!
