The lady in the office was very nice and helpful. The 2 gentlemen who came to fix our heater were also very nice and helpful. They were able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed pretty quickly. I would highly recommend and I appreciate everyone’s help!

Our AC stopped working and Apex was able to send a service representative the next afternoon. Richard-with 50 years of HVAC experience- was outstanding. On time and quickly identified the issue. Was not the AC, but the HVAC breaker installed by the builders electrician was not correct. Once he replaced the breaker and completed a full diagnosis the HVAC was up and running. I would highly recommend Apex to all homeowners.

I just had Apex work on my ac. It wasn't cooling proprly,. Josh the technician showed up at the appointed time. He called me 30 minutes in advance letting me know he was in route. When he arrived asked all the pertinent details and immediately got to work. He addressed the issues was honest with me and told me how to address any further concerns.

I would recommend both apex and josh .
