Renee was incredibly helpful and attentive over the phone from the moment I called. She was able to get a technician out to my house within an hour and a half, which was such a relief. When James arrived, he immediately got to work troubleshooting and problem solving. As a first-time home buyer, I really appreciated how reassuring and knowledgeable he was throughout the whole process. Excellent customer service, quick response time and honest, professional support. I highly recommend All About Comfort Heating and Cooling!
James and Colin were tenacious in getting us up and running. Found out we needed a part, researched local options, the returned and installed once secured. We thought we might be waiting over weekend. They got us up in hours between less than two hours, between first and return visits.
All About Comfort Heating & Cooling definitely made our lives cooler :-) We had just bought a new home and wouldn't you know it, AC works for a few days and bam...it doesn't want to work. 81 is a bit warm for us inside so I give them a call on a Friday morning and they were here with the problem resolved before lunch! They were very thorough and made sure to understand the problems we were having and quickly resolved the issues. Also ensured that we had enough coolant and that things were working well before the heat of the summer comes in so we don't have to do another service call!
