I have been very satisfied with the medical services I have received at this clinic. The wait is not long. The receptionist is kind and welcoming. I feel that I am listened to and not rushed. I am usually see by the Nurse Practitioner Dixie Manroe. She is very competent. I highly recommend this urgent care clinic.

Gladstone Urgent Care is absolutely phenomenal! The receptionist is polite and quick, the triage nurse that assisted me has a wonderful and truly caring personality, and the doctor empathetically listens to her patients and provides unbiased informed consent. They were all attentative and very willing and eager to assist. I recently relocated to KC with this being my first experience at an urgent care here. I can easily say this location will be my first and only choice of urgent care providers to visit when needed. I felt awful on a recent visit. Cough, congestion, sinus pain. The doctor on duty took great care of me and I got over a really bad cold pretty quick. The nurses and office staff were very kind and caring. They even helped a young man find another urgent care for an x-ray as theirs was down that day. Excellent customer service!
