Cody was very informative, honest and to the point on my annual fall and spring maintenance visit. Also appreciate them taking the time to go outside their normal area to take care of me. The additional distance fee is well worth it with this group!
I had a leak from my air conditioner, I called Artic Air, in less than two hours the service man was there and quickly found the problem and it was fixed for a reasonable price. In the past I've had to wait 8 to 10 hours for service from other companies. I highly recommend this company.
It's everyone's nightmare, in the heat of summer your a/c stops working. We had a good 20ish years with it, but the night before a big vacation, it blew its' last cold waves. As soon as we got back from vaca, we called a handful of companies over to give us quotes for a new one. The prices and products were pretty much the same across all companies, but Arctic Air won our business in the end with their customer service. They had great communication throughout the process. They had several units to choose from and helped us decide on the most energy efficient one for our home.
